Created for healthcare and care environments, the range has been developed to bring more flavour, comfort and variety to specialist dining, while still meeting the rigorous requirements of patient and resident care.
Every recipe begins with real culinary inspiration and carefully considered flavour, before being developed to meet the needs of specialist catering environments. Our development chefs and food manufacturing specialists work alongside a dedicated nutrition and technical team, helping to create meals that are safe, consistent, enjoyable and practical to serve.
From texture-modified, IDDSI-compliant meals to cultural dishes, plated meals and multi-portion formats, Tastefull gives healthcare teams flexible meal solutions that support dietary needs, cultural requirements and day-to-day kitchen operations. Introducing our Small & Mighty meals
Our new Small & Mighty Level 4 texture modified meals have been created for patients and residents who need smaller, carefully considered meals, while still deserving food that feels comforting, enjoyable and full of flavour. Developed as the first official new launch for Tastefull, these meals are in line with BDA guidance for the nutritionally vulnerable with each meal containing 500kcal and 20g protein in a smaller meal size of 300g.
